Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as specified during the booking process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the scheduled tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the scheduled tour date: No refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aussie Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website or any services.

You acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks. By booking our tours, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with such activities.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aussie Adventures, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
